We at Eessence, are proud of our ethical, fair trade, organic and chemical-free dyed clothes and we would like to share this with our customers too.
We ship domestically through our courier partners and there will be no shipping charges within USA and Canada. The shipment is initiated within 7 working days after confirmation of the order which excludes Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Currently there is no option for international payment in our website. But we’ll do that very soon. So if you want us to deliver the products outside USA/Canada please contact us through mail. However there will be a shipping charge for international shipment which will be based on the weight of the product. We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction and we sincerely hope that you will love our cloths to the core of your heart. But in case the purchase does not match your expectation, we are happy to accept it back.
Please note that all our products are uniquely hand crafted with utmost care. We don’t do mass production. So small irregularities like weaving, colour, pattern etc. may arise. Hence we would appreciate if you could consider this before returning any product. If you still want to return or exchange a product, we have a very customer-friendly policy as below.
No questions asked as long as a few guidelines are followed:
- Please write to us within 48 hours/2 days of product delivery clearly mentioning the cause of return.
- Please attach a product image in case it’s a damaged/different product.
- The return/refund period lasts for 15 days from the date of acceptance of the shipment by the customer.
- It must be returned with our recyclable bag.
- The tags and original bill must be intact and returned.
- The garment should not be customer damaged, washed or dry-cleaned.
- No shipping charge will be applicable to the customer in case of incorrect shipment or damaged product.
- If you wish we’ll replace the order with the same product(If stock availavle) or else you can select another product from our online store.
- Refund is applicable if only the product is damaged.
- The refund is processed only after the garment is received, inspected thoroughly and approved.
- The product must reach us within 15 days from the date of purchase or else you will be ineligible for an exchange.
Exchanges (Outside USA/Canada)
Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges on orders shipped outside USA/Canada. In order to avoid exchanges, please refer to the size guide before purchasing the product. If you have further queries about the size and quality of the product, please write to us before placing the order.
